Situations of returns are not accepted
1.The goods have been purchased already or not as desired.
2.The goods are damaged by customers.
3.The goods are not well packaged, damaged or incomplete.
4.The color of the product picture will be different due to the shooting
lighting environment or personal screen settings. So color difference will
not be accepted for the refund reason,
5.Wooden products excessive contact with water or alcohol will cause the paint surface to peel off and mold. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid exposure to the sun. If the product is defective due to the above behavior, return and refund will not be accepted.
1.Please contact My School Bus customer service via Whatsapp within 7days (including the date of received) to request a replacement, and attach the order number, reason for the replacement and relevant photos. If the customer does not submit a replacement application within the above time period, the product will not be replaced after 7 days.
2.If My School Bus confirmed that they are damaged or missing accessories during the production process. The same goods or accessories can be replaced.
3.Each order can only be exchanged once.
4.If your refund is required, My School Bus will choose the customer's current payment method as the refund method.
5.There will be no refunds for the shipping costs at the time of purchase and incurred for returns.
6.The above terms do not apply to areas outside Hong Kong. For details, please consult our customer service.
