About this website:
Product items listed in the web pages of our website are available to be purchased while supplies last. As when the inventory of a specific product item has run out, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
The price of the product items listed in our website are in Hong Kong Dollars. Unless there is a very obvious error otherwise the price and shipping cost displayed in our website at the time of you placing of your order shall prevail.
Your order made in our website is only in force depending on the circumstances and the availability of the goods at the time of order. There is no reservation for the product items in your shopping cart before your payment, i.e. other customers using our website can still purchase the same inventory during the period of the product items in your shopping cart till your confirmed payment for the goods. Payment for your order in our website shall be made by credit card or other forms of digital online payments, with delivery costs of the order be automatically calculated for reference. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you submit your order to us. Please note that this email confirmation only serves as a notification of receipt of your order and notification to you whether we have the related inventory, it does not constituent our acceptance of your order. All orders submitted by you are only accepted by our full discretion. Under certain circumstances we may refuse to process the transaction for any reason, without any liability to you or any third party. For example, but not limited to: product items ordered has no available inventory or do not meet certain quality control standards; or certain terms in this T&C are not met. In such case, we will notify you by e-mail and arrange for a refund to you within 20 working days to your registered credit card account or other payment account wherever suitable.
Immediately before our preparation for the product items in your order and before its distribution to you, we will send you a confirmation email, which contains the details and costs of the product items and delivery service for your order. It is until at this point, that we have confirmed our acceptance of your order and proceed to the handling of your payment. It is also at this point, that the sales and purchase contract between you and Rico International Development Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Contract”) has been established. The Contract is concerned only with the product items stipulated in your order and are not related to any other items not mentioned in the order.
