香港及澳門政府部門/ 醫院/ 學校/ 社福機構 採購流程
Order for Hong Kong & Macau Government Dept./ Hospistal/ School/ NGO

可以直接上網落單，步驟如下：
1. 將產品放入 Shopping cart之後，按 「Checkout」；
2. 選擇「Deliver to an address」（ 香港大部分地區，採購金額滿HK$499 免運費，HK$499 以下劃一收取HK$30 運費, 按這裡可看詳細送貨安排 ）
3. 填好您的電郵地址，於地址欄輸入機構名稱，地址，電話，聯絡人，及聯絡人的手提電話；
4. 付款時選擇 「For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer 送貨後30日內寄支票或轉帳 只限學校/機構/醫院」；
5. 按 「Complete Order」。
6. 成功落單後，閣下會收到一封 order confirmation 的電郵。
7. 我們收到訂單後，會致電閣下確認，並電郵報價單 (quotation)，請蓋印確認訂單；
8. 我們收到蓋印的報價單 (quotation) PDF 檔案後，現貨產品可2至3個工作日內寄出, 訂貨產品可於2至3星期內寄出，送貨時會附上蓋有公司印的紙張發票 (invoice) 。
9. 閣下收到貨物後的一個月內安排銀行過數或郵寄支票給我們便可。我們收到支票或銀行過數後，便郵寄出正式收據給閣下。

Orders can be placed directly on our website. You may follow the steps below:
1. Put the products in the shopping cart and click “ Checkout ”;
2. Select “ Deliver to an address ” as your delivery method ( We offer free shipping for order over HK$499, Shipping Policy can be found here ).
3. Put your email address, and detailed information such as school name, address, contact person, mobile phone etc. in “shipping address”.
4. Select “ For School/NGO/HA Credit 30 days by cheque or bank transfer " as your Payment method.
5. Click “ Complete order ”.
6. You will receive a confirmation email if the order is placed successfully.
7. Once we receive the order, we will call you for confirmation and email you an quotation in PDF file.
8. Please confirm the acceptance of the payment terms by signing the quotation with the school stamp and send the PDF file to buy@myschoolbus.com.hk.
9.If all the purchased items are in-stock items, we will dispatch the order in 2-3 working days after receiving the signed quotation. An invoice with our company stamp will be shipped together with your order.
You may pay by cheque or bank transfer within 30 days after receiving the books.
We will mail an official receipt to you once the payment is received.
