香港送貨費用 | Delivery Fee for Hong Kong
1. 買滿 HK$499,免運費送上門(住宅或者工商地址);未滿HK$499, 劃一收費HK$18。
2. 順豐速運 運費到付

* 送貨上門: 步行上樓梯人工費: 如需步行送上樓梯,例如大廈沒有電梯,或電梯不能直達的樓層,每層需加收人工附加費予速遞。請聯絡我們報價。
- 一般情況下,備貨目前需要1-3個工作天;寄出後需要1-2個工作天派件。
- 星期日和公眾假期不會安排出貨。
- 送貨時間內客人未能按時收件或提供錯誤資料導致第二次送貨將會產生的額外費用需由客人自行承擔。

# Eligible SF self-pickup points: SF Store/ Locker/ Business Station (Excludes Petrol/Gas station, 7-11, Circle K or SF Service Partner Locations).
* Labour Charge: For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge per floor. Please contact us for quotation.
- Usually it will take 1-3 working days for dispatch, and another 1-2 working days for delivery,
- Dispatching will not be arranged on Sundays or Public Holidays.
- Extra charge to the customer will be incurred if re-delivery is caused due to failure to receive the parcel.
香港及澳門地區送貨服務安排需知
- 未能提供送貨服務地區包括: 禁區、5.5公噸(香港地區)/3公噸(澳門地區)或以上貨車不能進入的路段、展覽場地、倉庫、酒店、裝修單位、船屋/船、地盤、貨櫃碼頭、貨品須經露台懸掛入屋內或現場環境不容許運送所購買之貨品的地點。如須送貨至客運碼頭,顧客須自行安排海路運送及貨物上落事宜。
- 送貨服務不適用於陳列品及真植物。
- 所有貨品必須在購貨日後三十天內完成送貨。
- 送貨服務收費為卸貨點至送貨地址之間的100米範圍內,否則送貨人員將直接收取港幣$300 之搬運費。
- 送貨不包括棄置包裝紙皮及物料。
- 若送貨地點沒有升降機或貨品須經樓梯送貨,顧客須繳付 港幣$50/每20KG/每樓層 之搬運費,以八層為上限。
- 如在送貨當日,因送貨地址無人應門 ,是次送貨費將不會退回。如需再次安排送貨,我們會再次收取送貨費用。
- 如送貨當天遇上惡劣天氣,嚴重水浸,道路阻塞或封閉,送貨服務將有可能延誤或暫停。我們會在24小時內以短訊及電話聯絡顧客再作安排,補送服務將於七天內完成。
- 收貨人須年滿18歲並為顧客的授權代表,任何收貨人的指示/所提供的信息或行爲均代表顧客本人。送貨車隊將會於送貨前30分鐘聯絡閣下通知抵達時間;我們有機會於送貨後致電顧客進行簡短的服務意見調查。
- 若出現以下情況,將產生額外費用: 1) 客戶要求更改送貨選項或送貨資訊; 2) 客戶提供的地址和聯絡電話不正確,導致送貨不成功。 在這種情況下,額外費用將由客戶承擔。
- MY SCHOOL BUS 有權就以上條款作出任何修改,恕不另行通知及保留有關交易之最终決定權。 如上述之中文版本與英文版出現歧異,概以英文版作準。
Hong Kong and Macau Area Delivery Service Arrangement
- Delivery service is not applicable to restricted areas, road which prohibited truck weighted 5.5 tones (Hong Kong)/ 3 tones (Macau) or above, apartment under renovation, exhibition site, warehouse, hotel, boat house/boat, construction site, container terminal, addresses where goods delivery have to go through the balcony or places where the on-site environment does not allow the delivery of the purchased goods. If delivery is required to the passenger terminal, the customer shall arrange the sea delivery and cargo loading and unloading by himself/herself.
- Home delivery service does not apply to display items and real plant.
- All items will be completed for delivery within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Service covers addresses only within a 100m parameter of the unloading point. For addresses outside the prescribed scope, a maximum of HKD$300 surcharge will be collected by delivery service provider.
- Packaging collection will not be covered.
- For buildings without lift or for product that can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge of HKD$50 per 20KG per floor, up to 8 floors.
- There will be no refund of delivery fee on delivery failure due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods at the appointed time or wrong delivery information is provided. Should delivery be rescheduled in such circumstance, we will require additional delivery charges.
- In case of bad weather conditions, serious flooding or blocked or closed roads, the deliveries may be delayed or suspended. IKEA will contact the affected customer within 24 hours via SMS/phone for rescheduling of delivery and such delivery will be made within 7 days thereafter.
- The person receiving the goods at the delivery address shall be over 18 years of age and shall be deemed your authorized representative and that any instructions/information provided and act done by such authorized representative shall be deemed instructions/information provided and act done by you. The delivery team will call you regarding the estimate arrival time 30 minutes in prior. We may contact you for a follow-up survey after delivery.
- Additional charges will be incurred if 1) customers request to change the delivery option or delivery information; 2) customers provide invalid address and contact number which causes unsuccessful delivery. The additional charges will be borne by customers in such cases.
- MY SCHOOL BUS reserves the final right to interpret the terms and conditions herein. In the event of conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
