教具構成：託盤；七個試管架：管架上有三個漆有白色為簡單數字家族（個、十、百），三個漆有灰色為千位數（千、萬、十萬），一個漆有黑色則為百萬數；
每一個試管架都有十個試管，每一個試管內有十個珠子：前兩組試管架（簡單家族與千家族）中，一個架上有綠色珠子，為個位數，一個架子上有藍色珠子，為十位數，一個架子上有紅色珠子為百萬數；
七個杯子，其顏色與每一個試管架相對應，杯週邊的顏色相應的白色、灰色或者黑色，而杯裡面則為與十進位層次相對應的綠、藍或紅
一個與算珠除法板相同的板子（綠色）；
