三年有限結構安全保證

三年有限保證適用於從 My School Bus 或其授權零售商購買的產品。保證僅適用於原始購買的客戶及原始產品，且不可轉讓。

My School Bus 保證，在正常使用條件下，自購買之日起三年內，產品結構安全無缺陷，首12個月免費保修 (包括人工及配件)，第13至36個月需按次收取維修費用但配件費用全免) 客戶另及受以下條件和排除條款約束：

本保證涵蓋的內容如下:

在 My School Bus 的檢查下，被認定為有缺陷而未能安全使用的產品，將在購買日期起三年內進行修理或更換配件。My School Bus 保留用等值或更高價值單位替換的權利。

不在保證範圍內的內容如下:

(1)  正常使用磨損

(2)  產品顏色變異 (包括潮濕的環境和紫外光接觸下使用或實木組件自然發黑的木紋)

(3)  不當使用 (例如：人為破壞、濫用、疏忽處理)

(4)  未經 MY SCHOOL BUS 授權的維修人員造成的缺陷，包括在未經授權的維修過程中，因運輸、改裝或修理 MY SCHOOL BUS 產品（或其任何部件）而造成的損壞。

(5)  在香港及澳門以外地區購買、使用或操作的產品。

(6)  火災或自然災害造成的損壞。

Three-Year Limited Structural Safety Warranty

The Three-Year Limited Warranty applies to products purchased from My School Bus or its authorized retailers. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and original product and is not transferable.

My School Bus guarantees that, under normal usage conditions, the product will be structurally safe and free from defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The first 12 months includes free repair services (covering both labor and parts), while for the 13th to 36th months, repair services will incur a fee, although parts will remain free of charge. Customers are also subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

Coverage

Products identified by My School Bus as defective and unsafe for use will be repaired or replaced within three years from the date of purchase. My School Bus reserves the right to replace the unit with one of equal or greater value.

Exclusions

The following are not covered by this warranty:

1. Normal wear and tear from regular use.
2. Color variations in the product (including changes due to exposure to humid environments or UV light, or natural darkening of wood grain in solid wood components).
3. Improper use (e.g., intentional damage, abuse, negligent handling).
4. Defects caused by repair persons not authorized by My School Bus, including damages incurred during unauthorized repairs, modifications, or shipping of My School Bus products (or any of its parts).
5. Products purchased, used, or operated outside of Hong Kong and Macau.
6. Damage caused by fire or natural disasters.
